have had this printer for over a year so it is out of warranty. I only used it approximately a half a dozen times, The red light is on- It doesn't work-I telephoned Samsung -when I told them there is no noise, they told me they believe that I broke the sensor switch when I removed a paper jam. If that is so I was told it was less expensive to purchase a new one. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
