Hi,
Has any one got any tips or procedures to replace a broken paper pick up arm ( RC1-3352-000cn) for tray 2 on a HP Laserjet 4350 printer. It would be very appreciated. Cheers.

You have to take the drive asm out. I remove the lift motor (dont lose the spring) just to give me more room to move. There is a bushing, retaining clip and gear that is on side with the drive asm. (If the bushing is missing or gear is broken it can give you 60.X error.) Then everything kind of slides to the left. Oh and there is a pressure spring under the pick arm. There are cables from the sensor that go to the DC Controller. Theres a short white plastic arm that goes between the feed roller shaft and the pick-up shaft that needs to be in the right position. Be careful with the flag and sensor. I've only done it 1 time. Optional feeder is easier cause you can come in from the top to help you. Dont remember it as too difficult, but I've been rebuilding pick-up assemblies for a long time. Take your time and notice where everything goes, cause the manual doesnt show how to do it, either. Hope that helps.
