Inside the right side of the printer there is a black "toner guide" (for lack of a better description) that the toner rides on as it is seated into the printer. This piece has a button tab on it that is broken and I need to replace that entire piece. I have searched through the manual various times and looked at partsurfer as well, with no luck in finding a part number. In the manual I can see the part in the exploded view of the internal components (Page 214 Figure 8-7), but no part number to go along with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm emailing you a parts manual. Check figure 104, item A12 on page 13.
The manuals pages arn't numbered. use the Adobe numbered pages.

Redcow... where did you get that parts manual? That has EVERY part listed with part numbers, that is great! I have all kinds of access to service manuals through CSN, but I don't recall seeing a parts manual. The service manuals only list limited part numbers and that didn't help me at all.

You helped me out a lot and I greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Glad I could help. Hope you found your part.
The manual will self destruct in 2 days!
