41.3 unexpected paper size LJ4000

Can anybody help with a problem that I am having with a 41.3 unexpected paper size error
I already changed the feed assembly because it was not engaging, it now engages but paper stops under the toner cartrige and still shows error code.
I changed the front assembly, paper sensor right before the transfer roller, formatter board / RAM and used multiple trays. does anyoune know what could be the cause of this problem? :confused:

did you try the registration clutch? not sure about this model but replacing this clutch sloved the problem on other laserjets i have worked on.

thanks copyman , I can strip a clutch from one of my destroyed 4000s :)
