5Si separater page

I do a lot of amazing repairs on almost everything, but Im just too busy to get this figured out. There is not a separator page set in the driver. Install new driver, same thing, swap formatter , same. Simple wordpad doc, and NO fancy stuff. pages look normal in preview, but still get that blank!?????????

Is the separator page between print jobs or between every page, for example pages 2,4,6... are blank, 1,3,5 not blank? I'm pretty sure this is software or driver related, probably driver if you are using simple apps. like notepad or wordpad. Are you printing over a network? Try it with a parallel cable. If you are on a network things get a little more complicated. Go to the console where the printer is shared and make sure you log in with the appropriate rights. Are you using Citrix or terminal services?

No, just straight from win2000 paralell
Re-install driver off HP site, still no change.
Internal pages print with a blank in-between, and a 5 page doc has it too.
Re-sets change nothing, and swapping formatters doesn't work either.
Unit is possesed, it's going wayyyy back in a dark shelf!
