Hello All,
Any help would be greatly appreciated. At my work we have the Konica Minolta Biz-hub Pro C5500 printer. We do short run printing and mostly use a 12x18 glossy stock. We have been experiencing streaking on the pages. The technician claims that it is the paper we use. We use a cheaper paper, but he says that Hammermill is the best paper to use. He claims that we won't run into this problem if we use the Hammermill stock. Anyone else have these issues with this printer??? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
