Hi:
Got one of these to work on today. It had been shipped in from a distant office. When trying to load the paper it constantly complained about "Paper Skew" and when I watched it the paper was wandering back and forth. After much effort it turned out someone had dropped the shaft that the paper roll rides on. The black plastic mandrel that holds the right end of the paper roll was broken. This was not obvious to the casual observer. When I took the screw out and removed the mandrel it was clear what happened. Looked like someone dropped the shaft will a full load of paper on it and it landed on the metal bushing at the end of the shaft.
There is a newly redisigned part for this that is hopefully a little more sturdy. Holler if you need the part number. You have to order the whole shaft assembly of course!
