I have been working on this unit it is carrying the image down the page it is repeating the image three times on letter and four times on legal I have worked on HP printers for more than ten years
and this one has me stumped so far. Trouble shooting that has been performed so far includes.
1. Two new HP Original Toner Cartridges
2. New Fuser Assembly
3. New Transfer Roller
my thoughts are next maybe the DC Controller
it seems maybe the fuser isn't hot enough or too hot.
Appreciate any input in this adventure Thanks in advance.

Have you tried powering down in the middle of a print cycle?
If the ghost images are on the paper then it is on the imaging
side and not the fuser.

If the high volts are not charging the imaging roller(s) then
the previous image might still be there?

Best I can do with this one.

- Try a different brand of paper...they might be using really cheap paper!
- OR try turning up the fuser temperature ...

Thanks for the suggestions it's funny when your working in the field and the customer is standing there you forget your diagnostics skills. I will have the printer here in the shop this weekend and we will give it a go I'll post the results Thanks Again

OEM fuser? Transfer is sitting correctly, no broken clips? High voltage contact points for toner- clean? straight? Definitely try different fuser heat settings and last the HVPS. ??? Just some thoughts.
