need new printer cheap to maintain <$300

I am looking for a new printer for a small home office, It needs to be AIO with fax and scanner. I do not care if it is laser or inkjet. I would like it to be $300 or less and be cheap top maintain. I only print about 200 pages per month but do need to keep costs as low as possible. Thanks.

google HP 3100/ 3150 or 3200 if one of these looks acceptable let me know I can find you one cheap. These are great machines no flat bed scanner though, rollthrough only.
