hp color laserjet 3600dn duplex jam

Hi everybody!

I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I have a hp color laserjet 3600dn and I just replaced the transfer kit. But now, everytime I try to print duplex pages, they jam.I figure it is due to the new transfer kit since this never happened before, but cant find anything wrong with the transfer kit.

Any ideas??

Start by putting the old ITB back in the printer and try duplexing again.

There are 2 versions of the same transfer kit -- one version of the transfer kit does not support duplexing ... you probably accidentally got the wrong version of the transfer kit ...
