View Full Version : HP 2840 - toners not recognised

Hello

I have recently purchased a HP 2840. I have two new complete sets of toners.
1 complete set is HP toners, the other is a complete set of inkrite toners.

The error message is the same for all types of toners .

The error messages on the LCD is: question marks [?] above each colour.

There are no issues with the drum.

I have also done a FW update, and a factory restore, with no luck?

Is there a way to override the system, to accept the toners?

You say that you recently purchased the 2840. Call HP, it's still under warranty. You do have a warranty, don't you?
