HP 4m paper jam

Iam having a paper jam coming out of the toner on my HP4M. Anyone know what could be causing this. I installed a new maintenance kit, (this was need as the printer is over 10 years old), but didn't solve the problem.

Does it jam after the fuser or before the paper gets to the fuser? Depending on where it jams you probably have a worn exit assembly or a broken tooth in the main gear drive--coupling gear.
