Can anyone give me some info on the most common reasons
for jamming on this unit.

The number one reason for paper jams is worn pickup rollers ... if the printer has not had a maintenance kit installed in a while, it's probably due...
you can call PrinterTechs (866-861-3838) to order...

-From which tray are the jams occurring?

Are you getting real jams(paper stuck somewhere in the paper path), or a message that says paper jam but you can find any stuck paper?
