Hello,

I have problem with my laserjet 3330 MFP. After turn on the power de printer initialise and the scanner bulb wil warming up. At the moment the scanner bulb (lamp) is warming you can hear a noise : the laserunit moves about a 1 a 2 inch to the left side and then to the right side ( this is normal ) Then is the printer ready ( no error message on the display). Know you can use the printer!
Problem : I make a copies by using the scanner module and it works but after scanning a page then begins the Problems: the scanner-laserunit moves about a 1 inch to the left and than 1 inch to right and it repeat constanly until de error message appears: "scanner error".

(The copies that te printer makes is perfect and the is not connect with a any computer or network)

Any idea wat the causing is?

thanks

Mrc

Have the printer serviced to get the scanner replaced.

That shouldnt happen, is the printer under warranty?
