Getting 13.1 & 13.2 codes when pulling 11x17 from the bottom tray but no paper actually is jammed (although a blank page will eject when code is cleared). Not consistent. Works some times, but not others. Seems to happen to one user in particular. (Driver re-installed just in case.) Turning the printer off and then on seems to temporarily clear the problem, but then after a couple of prints it pops up again. Seen posts about this in this forum but not sure the rollers are the problem. (About 185K pages show in report.)

You should start by replacing the pickup rollers in the tray...at 185K they probably have decent tread wear on them...

Also check the tray itself. Make sure that it is physically set for 11x17.
If it's even set a little too large the paper won't reach the rollers.
