I have a HP LaserJet M3027x MFP with an enabled Pincode. I want to remove the pincode because i dont know it. I have calles HP but after a couple of hours they tell that they couldn't help me because my formatter is defect

HP told me to hold the 6 button while powering on the printer. The printer resets himself and ask me to enter companyname etc. Unfortunately the pincode isn't cleared.

Does someone know how I can reset or clear the pincode?

Thanks

Why do you want to remove the code?
If you don't know the code, don't bother with it.
Frankly, I don't know if it can be cleared or reset.

Your the reason the service code exists. HP doesn't want people like you getting into "service mode" and screwing things up.

I want to remove it because I am the new owner of this device. Without PIN it is useless and it is impossible to contact the seller.

What does the PIN have to do with contacting the seller?
You can't clear or reset the pin code.

So, I guess that means that you can't contact the seller!

Just when you think this forum is getting boring....
