What do you mean "heavy use, 30 pages b+w or better".
30 pages a week, a day, a month?
I would consider that light use.

HP 4200 is a great machine (speed over 30 ppm, duplexer is available as an accessory) ...

There are a lot of HP Printers for your specific needs. A HP Duplexer for LJ4200/4250/4300/4350 cost around $170- $380. These are good models which can be exonomical and time saving.:)

need not buy new - find a good printer remanufacturer with a warranty (not ebay). Make sure they completely change ALL rollers, sep pads, transfer roller, fuser and exit rollers. You can buy them with a duplex unit installed.

HP 4250's good solid work horse printers - 45 ppm speed with usage of up to200,000 pages per month.

HP 2420 and 1320 are lower usage machines.

HP p2015's and p3005's have been having issues with formatter boards.
