HP deskjet f2128 driver wnt install

hello to all

i have a problem where i try and install a driver for a f2128 hp printer. this is a fresh install of the driver. when i try to install it the driver starts to load but then cuts out have spoken to hp and they say it is a os fault, has anybody else had the same problem

Without knowing what OS you are using and if you are getting any error messages...does this help
