Both power and resume lights flash and cannot print. HP tech support was no help. It rried all of their solutions. Any Advice?

I assume you have powered the printer off, let it sit for a few mintes, and power back on again?

If you've had a power surge/electrical storm lately, my guess is you may have to replace the printer...
