My HP Officejet J5740 All-in-One will not print the main text of a website. It will only print the links on the left of it and the top where every thing else is.

It might just be this one website, but I've already wasted a lot of paper. Haha.

I've tried highlighting every thing, clicking print, checking the "selection" box, clicking apply, then finally clicking print.

I've tried highlighting every thing and pasting it in Microsoft Word, but it says it's too much stuff to paste.

I have no idea what to do now.

Help? Please?

Thanks

To print web pages use landscape.

Most HP printers will only keep 2 cartridges in memory, so if you have 2 extra cartridges, (even empty ones) you could cycle them through to reset the printers memory, and reset the ink level to full. Basically, even though you've refilled your cartridge, the printers has the cartridge's serial number stored in memory. This will reset it.

Huh? If any of the text in what does print it is not the carts! Did you try what I said? Does the printer work correctly otherwise? Self test, etc.
