I have an Epson stylus photo R285 printer and have just purchased a Continuous ink supply. When I have tried to install it, the ink light stays on and the print manager reports incompatible ink cartridge installed. This also happened when I tried to change ink cartridges. Anyone any idea how I can fix this problem? thanks
