Need LaserJet 4 Plus Cleaning Utility

I screwed up and shook my replacement cartridge AFTER removing the plastic barrier. I've physically cleaned it but I still get gray bar streaks. The HP website recommends a cleaning utility but they don't have the download for the 4 plus.

Anyone know where I can get it?

The imaging drum in the toner cartridge is sensitive...depending on how you've cleaned it, it is possible to damage the drum, in which case you'd have to buy another toner...

However, toner also might have leaked onto the transfer roller ... (the long black foam roller with a blue drive gear, it sits inside the printer, directly underneath the toner cartridge)... you might have to end up replacing this as well.

Is it possible to remove and clean the roller?

It worked great! I had to run the utility five times but now my printer is back in action!
