Muliti paper feed thru tray 1 (top) HP LaserJet 4050

I have a problem with a HP LaseJet 4050 printer, the top tray (1) or the lable tray takes in more than one paper at times. What do I do, please help.

Check to make sure you are telling the printer what paper you are printing on, if you are printing labels tell it that before you print so it knows what paper thickness to expect. If that doesn't work, try replacing the Tray 1 feed roller, and separation pad.
