Hi there i had just finished cleaning my rollers on my printer and after re- installing them i re-booted my printer and tried to print something end an error box came up and it said cant recognize cartridges why is this? Does this have any thing to do with cleaning the headers have i done something i shouldn't, i have installed this ssc program can i do anything with this?
