Can anyone advise what would be the most common cause of overspray almost like static around our graphics and text when printing.
Manual and Powerful cleans have been performed and the head is in it's lowest setting, just not sure what else it could be. Thanks

I used to get something like this on the Epson R300 specifically with the Cyan ink. Couldn't even suggest this is your problem but in my case the problem was that the Cyan ink had a very high concentration of dye in solution which invariably caused it to clog in odd ways after about 12 to 18 months of storage/usage.
Solution was to get a fresh batch of ink and replace it (I was using a CIS) and then it worked perfectly for another year or so.

I think I missed "what kinda printer".
Are you using the correct paper. How about the Ink?
