What do mean by calibrating?
The manual has no calibration tests for the 'image drive assembly'.

You don't need a calibration, you need to align the gears.
I can't help you there. The last time I removed the Image Drive Assembly the customer got a replacement printer. I couldn't even close the toner cartridge door.

Maybe one of you bench techs can help out here.

Did you at least use the book?

I just worked on my 2nd 3700. Changed the paper feed assembly. Two hours later got it back together with no leftover screws and now the cartridge door won't shut.
Think I'll be replacing my 2nd 3700.

Hey Ty, Reseat the paper feed assembly? I don't think so. Two hours is enough. Besides, my problem is now with the left side rack that holds the cartridges and I believe the cartridge locks broke. I'm seeing pieces of black plastic in the bottom of the printer.
Yep, like I said, I'll be replacing my second 3700.
What a piece of @#$%
