79.14EC Error

I have an 79.14EC error. Before I lost contract with HP Technical Support I was told that I had the clrear out the NVRAM and re-initialize the hard drive. I am having a real problem finding informationm on how to do this :confused: :(

I could really use some help here.

What model printer? Do you have a service manual?

Just had a 79 error yesterday.
Disconnect network cable, power on printer. If no error, plug printer into different network connector with a new cable. If no error, it's either cable or wall wiring.
