Hi

I'm trying to print 3 different documents. I'm trying to print one copy of each document, but when I try to print Document A, it prints more than one page.

The page is set to print in A4 in the print page setup on my windows xp machine.

I get an error on the printer


41.3 Error Unexpected Paper Size

and then says


Use 11x17 instead?

In order to print each document, I have to physically cancel the job for Document A, then print Document B, cancle that one and then print Document C.

This is a problem, because this printer is a network printer, within an office. So I need it to be able to work.

Try this:
With a document open go to FILE
Select PRINT
Select the HP 5000 printer
Right Click on the printer
Select PROPERTIES
Select ADVANCED
Experiment with the SPOOLING options, then try PRINT DIRECTLY.

You might check someone else's settings to see what they have.
Let us know what you find.
