hp 5610 all-in-one

I have a HP 5610 all-in-one printer.I use Quickbooks and on reports & writing cks the print only prints the tops of the letters. I have run test pages & have cleaned the printer heads and the test page prints perfect & all other programs & faxes that I
recv print fine. Any suggestions?, Thanks

if you are able to run print jobs from the control panel your printer is physically fine, if you can run from another program the communication is fine. Sounds like your problem is Quickbooks.

Either something is not setup correctly in quickbooks print setup or you may have a problem with the program. Try:

1.) verify the print setup settings
2.) download any patches associated with quickbooks
3.) download the latest version of the printer driver. (before you install the driver, uninstall the old one and dont forget to reboot before installing the new one and after)
