4350dtn tray 2&3 wont lift

hi everyone,

i am having problem repairing lj 4350.during initialization no gears are rotating, tray 2&3 won't lift and wont print.i already replaced the ECU,the 2 lifting motor but i failed to solve the problem

is there any helpful idea that will help me fix this problem?

What is the error code you are getting onscreen ?

You know that the DC Controller handles all the motor(s) drive signals and the solenoids. RM1-1108-000CN

hey guys,



there are error message appear on screen.i tried to replace all boards but it does not work.i am almost hopeless but luckily when i reseated the cables from the scanner going to the dc controller the problem was resolved.
