LaserJet 4600 Color Quality

I am having issues with Color LaserJet 4600 Color quality.
I have replaced all 4 toner cartridges, twice, and have reset the colors to factory settings and checked the density of each individual color. I have also checked the life of the transfer kit and it is "75% life remaining".

My user is still having color issues despite the things I have tried.
When she prints to another device the color is perfect.

Is there anything else I need to check or replace to fix this issue?

What brand cartridges are they?
When you print the PQ test, what's wrong?

What have you tried? You do realize that just because there is 75% remaining on the belt doesn't mean that it's not bad.

Well? Are your toners OEM? Check the contacts on the left, if this is heavily used, try CLEANING the damn thing! The H/V assy. may be going bad, but I suspect the lasers may be dirty. Density sensor may be bad, or just dirty.
