HP4350 Stapler/Stacker

Hello,

My stapler/stacker has stopped stapling. The paper feeds correctly and the stapler works however no staples are punched on the paper. After a print job has cleared you can se the impression marks where the stapler tried to punch a staple. I've tried a new pack of staples but no luck. Nothing appears jammed. I'm stumped.

do you have another 4350 that you can use to swap the "stapler/stacker"?

Otherwise order a Q2443-67908.

I don't have another to "swap". Don't need the whole unit either, just the stapler. Is this piece available for purchase?

You cannot buy just the Stapler module.

You can buy a new printer for what they sell that thing for.

I stand corrected. I've got 2 numbers.

PF4138K064NI and
RK2-507-000CN

They are for different printers, but are probably the same staplers. According to my source.
