Locking down HP4300 paper / tray selections

Hi - have a hp4300tn - with the latest firmware on the printer and jet direct card

I would like to be able to stop the users from changing the tray paper size and type which is causing issues. A particular user keeps on changing the tray size and type which is proving frustrating to say the least.

I have gone to the security settings section on the jet direct card but cant see it there.

I dont think there's a way to do it on the 4300. This option was available with some of the older printers. The only way to do anything about the problem is from

-Web Admin settings
-JetDirect settings

It may be that users are changing it when the prompt SIZE/TYPE comes up. I had that problem with some of the tech's in training that I'm teaching. My solution was to turn off the prompt so that it doesnt come up everytime they add paper. To do this:

-Press the Menu button.
-Scroll down and select "Configure Device"
-Scroll down and select "System Setup"
-Scroll down and select "Tray Behavior"
-Scroll down and select "Size/Type Prompt"
-Select "Do Not Display"
