8150DN 11 x17 Paper Jam Problem

HI, I have an 8150DN Printer and the 11x17 paper keeps getting jam in the left door. I did install a new Duplexer but still has the same problem. I can print 8.5" x 11" and that does not get jammed any help would be appreciated

What's in the "event log".
Is the correct paper size set?
Did you try printing from a different tray?

You might also try swapping your fuser...Does this only happen when you are duplexing, not when you print one-side only?

HI, thanks for the reply the event log shows "Duplex Turn Around, Paper stopped Jam" the 8.5" x 11" goes Thru the fuser with no problems. I just found some broken pieces of plastic inside the Diverter on the left side door look like that's the Problem
