I've got a "60.02" error that wont clear.(Book says it's to do with the paper lift operation).Iv'e tried another tray.. Any ideas??

Replacing the lifter motor is fairly involved...this is probably something you'll want to have a technician replace for you.

I think I have figured it out..There is a spring in the lift assembly that the motor drives, and it appears to be too weak to return the tray lifter to 'home position'. Consequently when the tray is fully loaded, it is not lifted up far enough to allow the paper to be picked up.
