I'm very new to printers altogheter..
but I'd like to take a shot at replacing the LVPS
on one of our machines which is getting the 50.1 error

The power supply has been ordered and is at the site.

Before I get to the site I need to know at least what tools to bring. I hope that the part comes with instructions but if it doesn't what are the basic steps to replace it?
is there something I def. shouldn't do?
Thank you tons for your help!

It doesn't come with instructions.

You want a phillips screwdriver, preferably a power screwdriver. Unplug printer, so you can get the cover off. Remove rear cover and rite side cover on the right side. you'll have to open the top lid to get at the rear cover screw that's on the top. the fan has to be removed. follow the wires up to the connector on the board and unplug it.
The fan is screwed to the left side of the P.S.

From there everything is just a matter of unplugging wires and removing the mounting screws.

Look at the replacement P.S. to see where the screw holes are.
