Hi everyone!
I hope I can get an answer to this question that has had me stumped all weekend.
Recently I had to re-format my entire computer. And after I had done this I re-installed my printer. Everything seemed to be working fine, it would print Word documents just fine. Then last week I tried to print a webpage (portrait) and I noticed that the words were being cut off on the right side of the page. So then I changed it to landscape and same thing. So I thought maybe it was the website, so I went to a website that I know I did not have this issue with before (CNN) and went to print this article same thing happened.
I went to my printer properties (there wasn't much there to choose from) to see if maybe a setting was changed, and I couldn't see any setting for that. I have uninstalled the printer and re-installed it (I actually went to HP's website and got the driver) and the same thing is happening. I have also looked at my internet settings to see if there was anything in there I could change and I couldn't find anything.
So as I said before, I'm stumped. I do not remember having to do this before when I first installed the printer a while back.
So if you have any advice on how I can fix this, I would greatly apprecaite it.
Thank you for your time.
Kris :-)
