Epson AcuLaser CX11NF Toner Specs

I am looking into buying the printer above from someone who is moving out of state and since it is huge he doesn't want to take it with him. The price is good but it has a toner spec problems. He said he thinks the problem started after he replaced one of the cartridges however the problem seems to be with all colors it really weird.

Here are links to scans of 3 of prints i did. The documentation said that the print head needs cleaning so i went through that procedure but it was totally clean. Let me know what the experts think.

A few possibilities: bad toners, dirty scanner mirrors, or weirded-out formatter.

My advice is it's not worth your time and money to trouble-shoot the problem...

The only way I'd consider this printer is if he would replace all the cartridges for me and then test those cartridges to be sure the spots go away ... only then would I buy the printer and pay him back for buying the spare cartridges ...and my guess is he won't agree to that because he's worried the problem is deeper and it very well may be :-)

I ended up buying it $45 hoping i could fix it and if not i could just give it to my parents to use as they could use it even with the spots. They are all genuine epson toners and were not replaced at the same time so i dont think it is that. i will check on the other issues.
