8150 CYCLE POWER TO CONTINUE Error

HI, I have an 8150DN printer I'm getting an "Error code of 69 CYCLE POWER TO CONTINUE". I have Reseat the duplexer but I still get that Error is it a Duplexer problem? Any help would be appreciated

Sure seems like that's the problem

This may be obvious to you but make sure you are truly "cycling the power" (turn printer on and off)...
If you have another duplexer from a different machine, swap it into this machine, and see if you trigger the same error message...

Hi, Thaks evey one for the help. I did turn printer on and off it's woking now. I will order a new duplexers
