I have HP Deskjet F380 All-in-One printer. I have been trying to access a new printer driver [this one seems full of bugs] but when I go to HP all I get is an automatic system scan, and are then told that as it’s the latest version I don’t need one…but I DO…I want one that WORKS! I tried downloading from a driver-download site too and got the same answer…can anyone help please?

Delete the one you have First ... go to your Control Panel, then Printers & Faxes, delete that printer ...
then go back to HP.com, go to Download Drivers, search for your printer model ... select your Operating System ... and download (don't have it do an automatic search for already-installed drivers)

you can search on www.updrivers.com (http://www.updrivers.com)
or you can opt for a printer support professionals and they would do the job for you.. not to mention will cost you a bit... :)
