I have a Canon ip4000 printer. First the color stopped printing. Tried replacing cartridges, no difference. Then a couple of months ago the black stopped. Replaced black, no difference. Replaced printhead and all 5 cartridges. Only black (3eBK) prints. I contacted Canon support. They recommended I take it in for service. Before I do that, is there anything I could try? Thanks in advance.

Based on what you've said it sounds like it's a problem with the printer itself rather than anything else...

I'm assuming you've tried OEM (ie: Canon branded) cartridges rather than third party carts to be sure it's not the ink quality that's causing the issue?
