Hp laser jet 4350 Printing..

The printer is printing a header page ( Person's name ) and then the job print. How can I eliminate the header page? I tried print preview but it ( the header ) does not show.

Have you tried printing a different document, or printing from a different software program? If this header page comes out only when printing from a specific document / software program, it's not printer-related, there is some setting in that document or that program ...

Have you tried to right click on the printer, drill down to properties, go to the advancedtab, click seperator page and make sure it's blank.


Does this happen to everyone?
