:confused: Help,
My printer started print broad gray streaks. I opened the toner cartridge flap and saw heavy deposites of toner on it, which I cleaned off using damp tissues and dry tissues. This did not help very much, maybe even made it worse.
I know these cartridges are very expensive. Is there any thing I can try to do to keep the cartridge from getting dirty again?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
