Everybody can print except her computer.

I set the default printer same result.

and when I looked if its pending or stuck in the printer no documents there.

It's like it is not reaching the printer.

Please advise

I'm sorry we're going to need more information...

- What operating system is on the machines (all of them) ?
- How are they all connected (network) ?
- How was the printer deployed to each machine (login script, manually,..) ?

- Her? Her who?

Can you ping the printer from "her" PC?
