Tray jammed Hp laser jet 4350

I changed the rollers on this printer. it worked for awhile but when the paper

is half way it jams and paper in the tray is crumpled on the top page.

I guess the roller could not grab it.

Please advise.

I'm sure that you've done it before, but do it again...make sure the rollers are locked in, and make sure that the tray is set to the correct paper size.

How many trays are on your printer? Do you have a tray 3?, if yes swap it with the one that's jamming. Take one off another printer if you can.

Thanks, Redcow. It has 2 trays and a manual feed. I just changed the whole tray on that printer.
