LJ 9050mfp error code

I've got a LJ 9050mfp with a scanner thats getting a 30.1.13 after the printer inits.
Naturally the manual doesn't list the code. The printer functionality works fine.
The scanner diags all run.

I'm ready to order a flatbed scanner assembly. YES/NO

to answer myself...I had to look in the right part of the book for an answer.
Looks like I gotta unplug and reseat every connection that the scanner plugs into and then replace the flatbed.

Oh well, not what I wanted to read....

Answer to my previous answer.
The 30.1.13 and 30.1.12 is a known problem, and there is a 23 step fixit that I have to perform on this printer.
I think I'd rather change the flatbed.

If anyone else is in the same boat I can post the aforementioned steps
