Help! differences between HP Photosmart 8750 xi and gp

I'm in a rush and can't find anything on Google -what are the differences between the HP Photosmart 8750 Professional xi and the gp version, and which should I buy for graphics and photography work?

I did a google search on this and found the following link:

It seems the gp option is a color control system.
