HP Color Laserjet 5500dtn

I have a customer that has a HP Color Laserjet 5500dtn and the problem is sometimes when they send a job to it, it sits there blinking recieving data, Hangs.......tried a cold reset but still same, all supplies are good and fuser at 67%

Ive even seen it do this when trying to print an internal config page.

anyone have any ideas?
