The printout on HP 4650 Color Printer is little bit red (too much magenta). How can I adjust it/calibrated to user less magenta toner?
Thanks,
KN

You can calibrate and adjust the color from the service menu.

Are you using HP cartridges?

Your toner may be expired, or may have been damaged in shipping/handling.
Other toners may be bad also, causing the magenta to over-use.
Go to the printers embedded JD page. Put the IP in your browser address bar.
You can then set-up the printer.
is it happening with test pages directly from the printer as well as jobs sent to it?

Hi..
If possible try to change the cartridges?
See if the problem gets shorted out.
Thanks
