I have a HP color laserjet 3700. All the printout have a pink color on the backgroud. I already change the tranfer unit and transfer rolllor and it still does the same thing. Below is the sample. Please help!!!!

Probably your toner cartridges ...

HP always did have problems with Magenta for some reason. It could also be the DC Controller. Have you tried calibrating the colors?

Pull the toners, and look at the right side slots. there is a cam lever with a spring that locks down on the toners drive. That color may have a broken one. the 54.33 errors are a scanner error. If the toner is not turning, the cam on the shaft behind it is not operating. Extremely fragile printer!
The alignment knob on the toner may be missing. Small triangle on end of shaft.HP document # C00316319
